Over the past few weeks our school took part in a ‘Design a Bug Hotel’ competition with a few to building a bug hotel for our sensory garden. The entries were outstanding. We definitely have some budding architects in our midst! The Green Schools committee had the very difficult task of choosing the winning designs. The winners are as follows:

Angelica Hunstone (1st class)

Amelia Dooly (3rd class)

Ellie Murphy (4th class)

Maya Ivanov (5th class)

Nadine Healy (6th class)

The winning designs will be sent to our carpenter Orla, who will get to work building our bug hotel. She will incorporate elements from each design. How exciting!
