There was great excitement in Scoil Aiséirí Chríost last week when our superbly talented past pupil and now captain of the Senior Cork Camogie team, Amy Lee visited the school to talk to the girls. Joining her were members of Na Piarsaigh Camogie club. We were so delighted to have them visit us. We heard all about Camogie and what it takes to become successful. Some of the girls even got to hold the Munster Championship Cup, won by Cork recently. They are great role models to our girls. They then joined our camogie team outside for a puck around.
